Celtic Heartbeat are a 6 piece modern folk band. Mixing traditional folk songs with some of our own music. 6 voices and a multitude of instruments mixing the traditional with a hint of electric modernity.
You won’t want to keep still. You can dance, move in your seat and join in the chorus.

After the sold-out performance of “Thame and the River” the Players Theatre have requested a repeat performance. There is a second chance to see the show on Saturday 6th April 2024 7.30pm at The Players Theatre, Thame.

Thame and the River
We are returning to the Players Theatre in Thame to launch the new album “Thame and the River”. This album is a musical exploration of our local history. With songs, stories and curated background images about the history of Thame Town, many of our colourful historical characters and our beautiful river will be brought to life. Included in the stories will be Thame’s role in the Suffragist movement, Thame’s famous characters including James Figg and John Fothergill, our Ghost stories, Pubs, Thame’s part in Wars and much more.
